I received a defective, damaged or missing item

You are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Please contact support@stylea-boutique.com and provide photos or videos of the damaged/defective item for support your request. If you believe your item was damaged in shipment, you must also provide photos showing the damaged packaging.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to the fault of your local post, or undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong address due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information provided by yourself. Please enter correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will help you if your order has not yet been processed. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request as your order may have been processed by our logistics team.
